I don't think Nouda was stronger. I just want to know where people get a definte answer to the fact that Ramuthra could kick his butt.

Nouda is smarter though. So technically he's mentally stronger.

Ramuthra is much stronger, when he was summoned he began to warp matter around him, Nouda didn't.

I agree that Ramuthra is stronger, but Nouda didn't come out in all his glory. He was forced into Makepeace's body.

We don't have enough information to compare Nouda and Ramuthra properly. Nouda might be powerful enough, if not trapped in a human body, to resist Ramuthra's reality-bending, or he might have a similar (or indeed totally different) power of his own.

True, but Ramuthra is more likely stronger because they needed 4 magicians to summon him. For Nouda, only Makepeace summoned him.

Farquarl could have summoned a demon and used it as a messunger between him and Nouda. On page 338 of the hardcover, Nouda tells Farquarl that its "exactly as you said"

Nouda probably had to hold of his power until Makepeace could convince the other magicians to get into the pentacles. He couldn't take over until then, although he was probably influencing Makepeace's decisions

Yah...And it's not like Makepeace's weak or anything. He helped summon Ramuthra.

there ya go, nouda is definetly weaker, i mean makepeace and lovelace werent enough to summon ramuthra and they were 2 of the best

Nathaniel and Bart saw him leaving the Hall before the time to summon, though he could have helped from far away. Not to metion Schyler was dead and they still managed it.

And Lovelace wasn't excatly the best of the best.
