My response is pretty much like that of the first few people who posted. Sure, Federer is not one of the most self-effacing person the tennis world has seen, but it's not like he brags or anything. Doesn't even come close to it. And everyone has faults...it's just when it comes to great individuals, people expect them to be perfect.

That Djokovic video was so cool! He's awfully funny.

I am in college, Luciene :D . My teachers are on a strike so I don't have college (since July 14th -but we are having lectures tomorrow). So they didn't announce holidays for swine flu. But my sister who is in school got 9 days off because of that. Do Canadians have summer vacations now?

Yep. The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board decided to be evil :D I think it's different at other Ontario schools, because I was staying in Cambridge and they don't start 'til a week after.

The way I'm seeing it, some boards start next week, others took out a bunch of PD days from the first semester to give us one more week. I've got cousins in Exeter starting Tuesday too.

Speaking of plays, I GET TO GO TO THE STRATFORD FESTIVAL in September. Gonna be awesome.

Um. Yesterday they were talking about the EuroCan cup on the news, the Munich goalie has a Lord of the Rings themed helmet.

I'm not a sports fan, so I'll continue being off-topic.

Stratford is awesome. I saw Guys and Dolls, Noises Off, Into the Woods, and some other plays there. But those three were my favourites. Sadly, I haven't been there for a few years. What are you going to see?

lol...he never says no to anything, it's sorta worrying. school's almost done for us actually, I just asked 'cos my cousin goes to school in Poona and 2 little girls in her school died already, so i think they're closed. it's scary.

Pune schools opened only quite recently, but I don't know if all of them opened. Anyway, Pune is the worst hit in India. The temperature there is perfect for the virus. But it is sort of better there now. Now the epicentre has shifted to Bangaluru (that's Banglore, but our politicians changed that name too. Guess they think there are no other problems to deal with than change names of cities & build statues).
