I actually cried for 10 minutes when Ptolemy died. Anyone else have an emotional reaction???

I was really sad when Nat died, but I think it was for the greater good. It was justified. I was also sad when Jane died.

I would probably have died if Barti had gone to the big pentacle in the sky...He's the guy that really matters.

I was at an unstable time when I read "Gate", so yeah, if Barti had died, I actually may have commited suicide. I mean, he's Baartimaeus! Sakhr Al-Jinni! N'gorso the mighty! The Serpant of Silver Plumes! He rebuilt the walls of Uruk, Karnak, and Prague! He's Spoken with Solomon! He's run with the Buffalo Fathers of the Plains! (That's all from memory, that)

I felt cheated actually.. Kind of weird when I think about it, because afterwards I was all 'Nooo Nat died!' but my very first feeling was annoyance. It was too abrupt.

Well, I did vent it out through fanfiction. I wrote a fanfic where Nat resurrected.

But I deleated it after a couple of chapters. I lost inspiration for it too quickly.

After Nat coming pereliously close to becoming superman? Yes, Nat should have died, maybe Kitty too for good measure... then again, maybe not. Only person I wouldn't have wanted dead was Bart. And maybe Underwood. Could have saved him up for a death in GE... some character devlopment there.

And I like Barti dead in that context. In the story, I want him alive. And for the people who didn't read it, when Barti died, John and Jane got together. Why would I complain?

Hmm, I just wanted to see how he'd/she'd react.

It sucks though. Part of the reason I put that in there was to slightly discourage your undying love for the ship and open you up to Nat/Kitty as well.
