I have two days of school off. Why? A stupid hurricane.

And I still have Physics homework due on Monday. How is that possible? My teacher discovered online homework. So as everyone evacuates I'm doing my homework!

Know what is essential to write down. But you really need to learn how to listen mostly; most of the time, your answers to a test will be because you listened carefully in class.

Learning to spot the important points and write them down mid-lecture is indeed hard. I tend to write down equations and some explanation of the equation if required, but then I do do physics..

Sit up straighter, it increases concentration. Also, hide a tape recorder somewhere in the room, and get to class early to turn it on.

meh, private schools are good fun if a complete rip off. i never got to disect anything :( closest i got was a lamb's heart in primary school. im always off doing something else.
