Ok, 5 cigar butts equates to 1 cigar, so mathmaticaly, from all the cigar buts he collected that day, he would have 5 cigars, then we need to take into account the fact that cigars cannot be entirely smoked, which means that 1/5 of every cigar is left. This means he can only smoke 4 cigars I think?
