The scripted AI is good, but the combat AI is a little lacking. 'Hmm, let's jump in front of our allies making power attacks with the Umbra sword!'

AMDs used to be a bit unstable a few years back (before the athlon series). They overheated easily and got unstable, for example. Some applications, written with only the Intel processors in mind, stumbled a bit.
That was years ago. Overheating isn't a problem as long as you have a half-decent cooler - for example the ones packaged with boxed CPUs are fine. If you're overclocking, you'll need a better cooler, obviously, but the same goes for Intels. AMDs overclock better than Intels, too. And the days of crashes on AMDs that you wouldn't get on Intels are long gone.

In summary, whoever's advising you on hardware is out of date.

Overheating is a major problem: One their's the 3 Gig Dual Core Proccesser; Then the Sata Hardisk has 500 MegaHertz Proccesser each and The graphix card has a 1.66 Proccesser. Major Heat. I've got a double External Fan Cabinet; so it's under control. (Plus a cool Solid State Chip).

And, Are you kidding me? Example:

NPC2 Greets NPC1 like nothing happened
NPC1 Exchanges greeting and begins conversation!

And I've this one guy in the imperial city; Walking backwards with a drawn sword and making strange motions with his limbs AND attacking me and then trying get me into a conversation! Damm killed him and had to run across Tamriel escaping guards (How come their always stronger than me?)

don't level with you. They're strong, but easily beaten once you reach
level 15 or so.
As I said, the scripted AI is good - much better than Morrowind's stand
in one place all day AI - but the interaction, especially combat but
also the slightly limited speech model (greeting - greeting - rumour -
comment - bye) isn't quite as good. Two or three fans in the case and
the built in heatsink/fans on the graphics card and processor (assuming
you bought one with an included heatsink?) should easily be able to
take care of the heat produced by that at standard temperatures. If
they're overclocked, or you're having problems with heat anyway, you
might want to look at Zalman coolers, or maybe even watercooling.

Intel's got the best Motherboard.

That's a load of crap. Nothing beats a decent Asus motherboard with the nForce 4 chipset. Particular emphasis on the chipset. nForce is the best, no question.
