She's a dual lightsaber weilding alien albino Biatch.
Dooku found here in an arena, where he watched her fight.
She said she was sith, and they each fought, with Dooku easily over powering her, even toturing her a little.
She was Dooku's pet.

Just steer it back on topic.

Basically:
The blast wave was too fast even for the boots to outrun.
He should have kept the Amulet, although someone said maybe that would absorb the energy from the staff and not destroy the building.
hi there

Bart made that as an excuse for Nat to give the amulet to Kitty.
And I think that the amulet would have saved him too, but alas, it's not to be.

I imagined his side body was black like burnt injury

And possibly showed charred flesh like Bartimaeus when he got burned twice in the pentacle with Kitty.
When I first read abt the part, I thought a side of his body got blasted off. That's the impression which formed in my mind. However, now I feel that's too unlikely. Maybe his side body did get charred.

Do you think, if he survived, his body could go back to normal?
I doubt it. Bart did his best to hide the injury from Nat & here's the excerpt -
You idiot, Nathaniel. Let me take over.
There is'nt any point.
What do you - ?
Is there? Iread your mind Just now.
Oh...that. Look, I am no medic. Forget it. I could be wrong.
But you're not, are you? Tell me the truth for once.

It was a grevious wound, lets ut it that way.
If Bart hadn't blocked it out, the pain would have rendered Nathaniel useless.

And Nat might have died if the injury was too bad. But I somehow doubt it.

Well all humans without resilience are dematerialized by Detonations, so probably he would have.
Ya, probably. But the detonation hit Nat on his side injuring no other part of his body. Could that have killed him?

Eventually yes.

I agree. Depending on the size of the Detonation, it could have damaged his heart.
I wonder if, had he not gone on, he might have been able to recover or he would have died anyway...

Quite possibly not. He would have some kind of permanent injury or scar. And the medic help back then was low, since technology had slowed down compared to our time.
Nat would definately have preferred it to death. He would have had some time to spend with Kitty.
Ok, if Nat survived, what do u think he would have done? Apart from mooning over Kitty?

If not go for PM, then perhaps a volunteer at the Parliament. He'd want to retire at a young age.
I bet he would want to be PM, after all wasn't Ms. Piper the strongest magician left?
