So, uh, Inception was awesome.

I keep hearing about that. I never get around to actually going to the cinema, though. Maybe I'll catch it on DVD or something...

Ditto. Tron Legacy, Red, and The Town all looked good in their trailers.

So, like half of my math class saw Inception on the weekend, said it was really good. Want to see that, Despicable Me, and Toy Story 3 still. (ever the animated movie geek, me)

Instead I got dragged to see the Sorcerer's Apprentice. Wasn't bad, very much a Typical Jerry Bruckheimer Movie: Lots of fancy action stuff, not a whole lotta substance (seriously: the baddies want to kill everyone on the planet, FOR SEEMINGLY NO REASON. At all.) Again, the trailers were probably the best part (more HP, and Voyage of the Dawn Treader. Awesome).

Rented The Losers and Cop Out this last week. First one's just great, the second... Not so much. Watching Repo Men tonight, that looks cool.

Watched Precious and the Princess and the Frog

Former - very good

Latter - typical
Just watched The Day the Earth Stood Still on TV. Was good =D.
I want to see Inception too. A few of my friends saw it too and said it was very good.

Uuurgh, saw the Youth in Revolt movie, and although its started great, it soon dissolved into typical Hollywood teen comedy. sadface. But it must have been hard to thin the plot, as it's so bloody convoluted in the book.

Which The Day the Earth Stood Still?
The 2008 one. They don't play black and white pictures on Star movies anymore.
But the story sort-of faltered in the end. The beginning was better.

It must just be my parents but, the original is sooooooooooooo much better.
I love the original, haven't seen the remake.

Hmm, seeing Angels and Demons now because I've got no better job to do. Movie, so far, is bad.
Will see Inception this Sunday. I'm going to see a movie in the theatre after a real long time. the last time I saw one was either in December or January.
And, in this very week, I might end up seeing New Moon and Eclipse. Not in the theatre obviously. And then, next Sunday, I'm going to meet some dear school friends and I would see another movie then.
I'm rather surprised. Because, in about a span of a fortnight, I would have seen 7 movies (I've seen two this week). And, I have spent about a decade seeing about 10 movies every year. Amazing. I guess it is just that college being so tiring, I end up in front of the computer and TV a lot more often than otherwise. My only modes of entertainment as I never seem to be able to muster the strength to spend time outside my house otherwise.

Saw Despicable Me, 2012, and Sherlock Holmes.

2012 was eh, while the other two were good; better than I expected.

As few and far between as they seem in Hollywood nowadays. *sigh*
