I hate that. When I'm banned I can't even rely on libray comps. They won't let me get a card . . .

I think it costs to use the computers in our local library. Thus I use my own or school one.

The libraries here have computers that disable downloading anything, so no Firefox.

It's supposed to be, but you need parent's ID and my current adress doesn't match the one on my mom's drivers lisence since we moved, but the librarians don't belive me, so they won't let me have one. I've tried like 5 times. <_<

It's free if you're under 16, which I don't fall into anymore. Plus the stuff isn't that great. I prefer the books instead.
