You knew what I was talking about, and it was directed at you, so it doesn't matter,
'sides, wasn't that hard to figure out.
Screwed up as we are around here, we aren't that bad.
Well, most of us :)

I bet if we all met together in real life, we would all scatter opposite directions, screaming and running into things.
"Give me back my face!" "Look at that sunset. Like blood and melted cheese."
I don't think I would. Believe it or not, the majority of my friends, relatives, pets and casual acquaintances are crazier than you guys.

Plainly, you don't know us well enough.

Pfft.
Everyone I know is weird.
Normal people either bore me, or are preppy, and thus, for the most part, avoided.
Or used, whatever the situation calls for.

Half the people I know in real life are just freaky. The other half are so normal that they're also very, very freaky. I live in a freakshow.

I live in Vegas, whenever anyone says anything with normal in it, I ask "Yeah, and what's normal?"
Good question to keep in mind for... lots of things.

Only in situations when the term "normal" plays a role.

But normal's a bitch to define.

No it isn't, it means "line perpendicular", as in "the normal to a surface" is "the line perpendicular to a surface".

Normal in the context of society and bull like that.
As in normal behavior.
Besides, remember I'm weird and run with a strange crowd, so yeah, normals.

Normal - Generally excepted opinion; that which is socially acceptable.
Or, what I generally don't do :)

Let me repeat portions of a conversation I took part in a few days ago:

Friend 1: Remember when [Friend 2] married everyone in Metallica and had 92 children?
Friend 2: That was nothing compared to when [Fuzzy] married the Cat in the Hat and their kittens ate her face off.
Fuzzy: Okay, I'm leaving this conversation before it gets too weird.
F1: Wait! I have a serious question. If mutants were real, would you persecute them?

And on Thursday another friend spent most of the lunch period trying to balance a book on my head. After reading portions out loud, of course.

My theory is that everyone is insane to some degree.

Well, that's not your theory. It's the truth. Everyone is insane to SOME degree, just that many people are insane to a VERY MINIMAL degree.

Imagine how boring the world would be if everyone was sane.
Ugh.
