Was reading the books again recently, and found a possible error. In AoS Bart says that djinn have good night vision; night or day, it's all the same to them. Check the book if you disagree. However, in PG, when Bart is encountering Faquarl in the body of Hopkins for the first time, in order to get away he turns of the lights. The rest of the paragraph is written as if he can't see. This is contradictary to book 1, where hitting the lights would have done nothing to impair the vision of djinn. Besides, wouldn't their auras light up the kitchen anyway? What's going on?
When I set out from the boy's attic window, my head was so full of competing plans and complex strategems that I didn't look where I was going and flew straight into a chimney.
