I have a friend, his name is Fred Fu, and in Gr. 7, the French teacher was doing attendance, and she called him Fred F. U. Poor Fred.

Yes, which reminds me....

Harry/Cho pictures are now aviable online from the movie.

Yuck.

I saw the trailer in theaters.

Agreed on the Yuck. I watched the trailer online, not liking Harry's new hairstyle. Snape is great as always. Bella looks pretty cool, i couldn't see her in the trailer, but someone at lj posted a screencap.
Nothing to see here, move along.

Cho is yucky by default. I could hear one of the camera guys gagging.

Who is Cho?... I don't mind the new hair, but I liked it in Goblet of Fire

Cho Chang. You know, the girl who's name sounds like a broken cash register? Cedric's gf in the 4th book?

I'm not much of a shipper, but there is nothing wrong with Cho Chang or the actress Katie Leung.

And I don't like the way how characters' hairstyles change every movie.
The world is quiet here.

Oh, I like Katie.

I just think Cho is really stupid.

Katie has a nice scottish accent. As for Cho...her whiny sentimentality might put people off, but the fact is that there are girls who act (or who tend to) like that in real life with nothing wrong about their intelligence.

Bah. I'm so sick of people bashing Cho everywhere. Is there anyone who at least is NEUTRAL about her.

I can't blame her for being a sobbing mess. The poor girl was confused of what she wanted. Yeah, things never worked with Harry, but sometimes things just aren't meant to be.

Cho is smart. (Ravenclaw.) She is loyal to everyone she loves (Look at the Marie scene, true Marie had done the wrong thing. But if Cho were to totally reject the girl for a boy she wasn't even sure if she loved, that *would* make her a crappy friend, you know.) Cho seems like she'd be an awesome friend. And she is so wonderfully flawed. (Unlike certain red head bitches. *Cough* Ginny. *Cough*)

Cho is an awesome character. :D

I never said I like Ginny, either.

And I meant stupid in the sense of right and wrong. Though she stuck by her friend, she didn't have to go ladedada everything in the world is totally fine. Because it wasn't. I liked her just fine before Order of the Phoneix, when we got to know her better.

And actually Ginny is a bit flawed, she tries to immulate her older brothers and has no respect for what other people say. i.e. Harry ditching her.

Harry didn't "ditch" her. He was trying to pull the noble, I-am-spiderman thing.

Yeah, Ginny was trying to imitate her brothers, which was annoying. But then eventually she fleshed out into her I'm-so-sweet-but-such-a-badass-girl, love-me.

Everyone loves her. (Except for the anti-Gryffindors.)

Sorry, I just hate her. But it's my opinion, so I won't enforce it. And, of course, you are free to disagree with me.

When I imagine myself in Chang's shoes, I probably would have done the same thing. She just didn't want to get in the middle of the feud. She didn't want to talk about it because she was confused and probably didn't know how to react at the time. She was trying to skirt the topic and put a brave face as long as she could, but then the inevitable happened and she defended her friend. It's not likeable, but it's something you can respect. (Yeah, I'm getting repetitive, sue me.)

Yes, I suppose so.

But I'm the reader, like you stated, and don't give much a care about annoying Cho.
