I was about 10 when I read AoS for the first time...my aunt had given it to me for my birthday, and it remains to this day the best present I have ever received. ^_^
Bartimaeus: It won't be the only mad thing about if you let this lot go. Check out that one at the end. He's taken the form of a footstool. Weird...but somehow I like his style.

Librarian accidently ordered the wrong book for me one day (best coincidence ever) when I was like 15, actually wanted to return it, but thought "Meh" and read it anyway, cause it looked totally fine. Was instantly excited.
1 year passes, I read The Golems Eye. Then some years after, I discover that a third book exists (somehow this fact was able to avoid me for multiple years). Decided to read the two first books again to refresh my mind, and then read PG. Joined the forum shortly after that.
This is about to get furious!

I read AoS when I was 15, still haven't finished the series yet. :whistle: :ermm:
Oh, and I love Septimus Heap too!! I have and have read all the books. Marcia is the BEST character ever :)
