That's attacking the animals of another nation. I can see what you mean, but that's technicaly not 'Animal Warfare' that's just being rather mean to the enemy nation by crippling their resources. And animals probably didn't realease the virus into the enemy nation, maybe you sent someone or something over to release it.

However, you could send one or more of your own animals over infected with said virus, which could infect said nations animals.

Said situation, just with messenger animals.

The operative word there is "sci fi", as in science *fiction*. We are not going to be making demihumans any time soon. Incidentally, you couldn't give a bloke wings and expect him to fly. Our entire physiology is wrong, it's not just the lack of wings.

What if we made said bloke's bones really light?

Okay, that's one step along the way. You still need to make everything else lighter, make him aerodynamic, make him stronger, and fix his breathing system, and those are just the most glaring problems with us and flight.

Do any of you'll find somatic hybridization cool? For those who don't know, it includes isolating protoplasts of different plants & then fusing them together. The scientists have tried fusing the naked proptoplast of a tomato with that of a potato. The resut was sadly a tomato.

Maybe if it's fused with weed (the plant, not drug...the plant the messes with the soil) it'll do good.
