And apparently she was hot.

I don't think I've ever posted in this topic before...
So hot she was icy, eh? Physics fail
I wish I were a cat-dragon
You can be "hot" and "cool". Physics and romance are opposite ends of a spectrum.

Bad choice there, but I agree otherwise.
My Sig-

That is Albert Einstein, btw.

anywho changed my mind again to Sam the barman.
Mindi Jackson , I think I'm in love. Now I just need to get famous.
YEAH SAM!

Er... isn't he the one who died.

Relevance to what?

to the thread, I didn't see where it fit into the discussion but it is late and I'm not very smart when tired so take no notice.

yeh I think Sam was the one who died

Poor guy.
Kitty never did get to attend his funeral, did she?

nope, poor Sam caught up in a war most never knew existed
Mindi Jackson , I think I'm in love. Now I just need to get famous.
He was a nice guy. Real polite to an old lady. A fake one, but he didn't know that.
D'you think Kitty likes Hello Kitty?

We were discussing about physics and love, so I thought it made sense to post it.

It struck me that all of this conversation is exceedingly off-topic... I skipped to the end of this thread from the first page, and I had no idea what anyone was talking about.... then I backtracked, and I've got to say that Bartimaeus is fo' sho' the best... I wouldn't have read the books without the little footnotes, probably, to be be totally honest.... his character makes the books
So I departed, leaving behind a pungent smell of brimstone. Just something to remember me by.

We go off-topic quite often. But even then we discuss meaningful stuff. We don't spam :P .

The best character from any book I ever read is Bartimaeus and, like you said, his character did make the books.

Yes. Barti FTW.
Footnotes were hilarious. I really can't wait for the next book. Even tho there will be no Natty. Dx.

Except for the spamzone because... yeah. Exactly what it says on the tin there. :P

I'll happily third that. (Edit: Fourth, sorry Rey)

Topic Revival. Because I feel like it.
Well yes, Barti still rules, duh.
But I've recently started to love Ptolemy. He's sweet, cares for spirits, gentle, cute and, according to Kitty, pretty handsome.
So now I like him just as much as Nat-brat. :P

nobody likes you, Duval.

and by the way... I have no clue why I voted for Nat. :D
May Ra and Starclan be with you!!!

Possibly because you are very sorry for him.

I know I liked Nat more in the beginning. Because he sacrificed himself and stuff. But after rereading the books, I realized I like Bart more.

There were various characters in the books who were really interesting. As from the main characters Nat and Barti.
I also really liked was Mrs. Underwood - she was just so kind-hearted and for me seemed as such a warm person.
"A dozen more questions occurred to me. Not to mention twenty-two possible solutions to each one, sixteen resulting hypotheses and counter-theorems, eight abstract speculations, a quadrilateral equation, two axioms, and a limerick. That's raw intelligence for you."

Nat's my first, then Bart's my second. Somehow Kitty annoys me... Footstool's my third, then Harlequin and Faquarl...
Farrar's not too bad either, and Piper's pretty awesome... Queezle is also great, I don't like Duval very much...
