To the topic, my fav. bad human guy is Makepeace, for both character and scope.

Bartimaeus (he's the best character EVER, I wuv him ♥!), Natty-boy (In the first book, the first half of the second book, and the last half of the third book, because I hate John Mandrake), Kitty (she kicks **!), Honorius (he was hilarious) and Ptolemy (he was so cute!♥).

And, ofc, THE FOOTSTOOL!!
