The pupils and irises of her eyes are marginally closer together on the shopped image.

Edit: I overlaid a partially transparent version of the photoshopped image on the original. It's not a very big change:

My Photoshop is trash. I use Paint instead. No big difference.

Yes, I have. It's impressive solely because of the difficulty of the chosen medium. It isn't "holy crap, they're a good artist", it's "holy crap, you can do that on Paint!?"

Yes because you can really do all those effects on Paint. Photoshop on the other hand, is way overpriced.

Though while any idiot can work Photoshop, it takes an artist to make something on paint.

But if you're capable of doing that in Paint, imagine how good you could be if you'd spent all that time on a decent image editor instead?

Not true at all. You can do vastly more with good software than you could ever do with Paint.

And, I agree that Photoshop is overpriced, but then again, I pirated every version I've used (multiple computers, you know), so I can't really talk.
