Yeah, Kitty was a good strong moral character not under control in any way. She represented a real person. She was a refreshment from Bartimaeus and Nathaniel. The flashbacks, at first, was a bit tedious, but now I can read through them and understand (by that I mean actually care) what really happened to her.
Hard question. I'd normally say Barty or Nat, but after reading this hilarious fanfic by Contrarian, Kitty comes up to compete too. *Sigh*
Definately waaaay too hard question.
Nathaniel, as he reminds me of myself. When I'm not controlling my faults. I enjoy Bartimaeus and I really like Ptolemy. I also thought that, though I don't really like him, the character development of the Prime Minister was brilliant.
"You belong in Gryffindor,
where dwell the brave at heart,
Their daring, nerve and chivalry
set Gryffindors apart."
When it's just my hormones speaking it's Nathaniel. Otherwise it's Barts, because of the "Hello, Kitty"s scattered around and the bit in P'sGate about Chinese magicians zipping around on clouds. Anyone who's seen bad TV serials based on Chinese mythology from Hong Kong or Taiwan would find that funny.
