I like bats. A whole bunch of them roost (roost?) in an old barn right by our house. Sometimes they come into the house through an open window and start flying around. I have to encourage them to leave, once I've recovered from laughing at the rest of the family shrieking and screaming.

That's Willow. She's a hybrid, half peregrine falcon, half saker falcon. The big bulge at her neck is cos she's just had a large meal - pheasant if I remember correctly.

when we lived in wiltshire we would get bats in our house. our neighbour shot 2 of them dead in his kitchen, the wife was not impressed...once a black bird (i think) flew through the walls and into my sisters bedroom. i scarpered but not before i had shut the door behind me to lock her in there.
