It's not that bad, Most people do exams on about three hours of sleep and we do fine...

I manage to get about 6-9 hours of sleep every night during the school year, even during exams.

I never get stressed enough about exams to lose sleep over them.
I do find my sleep patterns in the holidays slipping later and later, sometimes by five hours, though, which means I have problems if I have to get up early suddenly... >.<

My normal bedtime is 3:30 in mid summer, but when school starts I van ussually force myself asleep by 12:00 or 1:00.
