I read that one a few days ago. I have the Reuters: Oddly Enough RSS feed on my google homepage.

Oh yes, came in the papers a while ago, said to be inventive torture torture by prison guards, regular torture is common enough, but this was particularly inventive.
The Police claim he did that to himself for publicity....
