Then Gladstone aka Stroud must be some kind of Antichrist able to login to the internet using his mind alone, and his evil studies of the world have led him to travel the continent and so he teleports back and forth logging in, making different geological locations. The ISP is simple...he gets access to other people's computer system and downloads it ino his memory database. Then he logs in and types.

Rather simple.
