Always wanted to do something on fictionpress...

I'm something of a writer. Although most of the time my stories are usually something based off something and so on and so forth... Eh.

Hmm. I have written some original Halloween one-shots quite recently though. In fact, I'll go post one here now. xD

The story I wrote I just came up with. Kinda stuck, though.

I write. A lot. I've got novels many chapters long on my computer.
I say night I'm living in the forest of my dream,
I know the night is not as it would seem,
I must believe in something,
So I'll make myself believe it,
That this night will never go.

Why don't you guys ttry and get them published?

1) I'm only thirteen. I doubt any sane publisher would allow it to be passed with an author who's underaged. 2) I'm really scared of judgement from people I know, which is why I put it on the internet instead of letting actual people and relatives and friends reading it. I don't feel as nervous. I do want to get mine and my poems published, but not right now. I've got alot more to learn.

I have an account where I post sad excuses of poetry on there. I've been meaning to write a short story though...

I'll try to get myself published one day if my writing skills ever develop to the level where I think I deserve to have people reading my work.

I had to read that in Grade 6. 3 years ago. I've forgotten most of the plot by now.

That's because someone's writing abilities are not affected by age, but by talent.
