I saw one episode of this show called Maury (similar to Jerry Springer), where this woman who was supposedly "ugly", and got bullied back in high school because of it, got surgery and transformed into a more "attractive" persona. Some guy who knew her (possibly someone who bullied her) was brought into the show. I didn't even try to watch the whole episode.
