Let me try to decipher that. It's French, right? I have heard of the phrase 'La viva France' which 'long live France', right? And 'evolucion' means 'evolution'. So 'viva la evolucion' means 'live long evolution' ?

It's a play on 'Viva la revolution' and the Che Guevara picture, I think.
