No new books yet, so, Wired, that's about it.

Finished The Moon is a Harsh Mistress recently. I think it was Heinlein's best book out of the ones I've read, Stranger in a Strange Land and Starship Troopers.
Eh? You haven't read Tunnel in the Sky? It's great.

I assume you mean Iain M Banks, which is his science fiction stuff. The Player of Games is probably the best one to start with, as a good introduction to the Culture. Then read Excession, 'cos it's the best. After that, probably read them in the order he wrote them.
If you mean his non-sci fi stuff, written as Iain Banks, then read The Bridge, which is awesome (and totally worth reading even if you meant the sci-fi).

- On Pride and Prejudice and Zombies - Jane Austen and Seth Grahame Smith.

It isn't bad, actually. Funnier though, I've been told, if you've read the original Pride and Prejudice; which I haven't.
Extract - "It is a truth universally acknowledged that a zombie in possesion of brains must be in want of more brains." - And so follows the sophisticated zombie mayhem.

Sorry about the delayed reply on that.

Anyway, currently reading Legend - By David Gemmel. Started reading a little while ago and haven't yet gotten really into it, but I've been told it's good so I'm gonna hang in there. Anyone else read it by any chance?
When I set out from the boy's attic window, my head was so full of competing plans and complex strategems that I didn't look where I was going and flew straight into a chimney.

Something symbolic in that. It's what fake freedom does for you.
I really want to read Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters.

On an unrelated topic, Cory Doctorow signed my copy of Little Brother (as Benzyne, no less! He thought I was talking about Ben's Zine when I mentioned it).

I've been kind of (read: really effin) sick, so I haven't finished it yet.
