Yeah, I have heard of there, Kittyjones. A friend of mine went there for his holiday a few weeks back. He came home with an ear infection.

So since you've heard of Corfu (a fact that amazes me .... :P ) can you see why I suffer???There's no library on the island :( , and it's really hard to get English books from bookshops.....So the only way to get books is from Amazon .... and even then it takes a week to get posted to Greece... ^o)Random wrote:Yeah, I have heard of there, Kittyjones. Yes ... No library.... :'( ....That's why I'm looking forward to going back to the UK....Random wrote:No....Library.....? I don't think I could survive. I always need a dose of fiction before I fall asleep. It's probably what keeps me as sane as I am. What's your mother tongue? I suppose Amazon adds on a massive surcharge for the postage. :-/ But most bookshops will have it fairly visible; my local Waterstones has already put it at #1 in it's young adult chart.
