Currently reading The Looking Glass Wars.
It's okay.
Nectanebo Foliot
^That's what I thought, but the sequel is pretty awful.

Deception Point, by Dan Brown.

I read Da Vinci Code when I was younger, and didn't like it, but I recently read Angels and Demons, which I thought was pretty good, so now that I've run out of any other books, I borrowed this one from a friend.

I like both of the Looking Glass War books, mainly because I hated the orginal Alice.

I just read Through the Rabbit Hole. I loved it.

Funny, I love everything to do with Alice but hate the original. Odd.

It's called Seeing Redd, and it's not worth reading. But I 'spose I'm not gonna stop you.

Finished Deception Point.

I've recently read:
Flatland - Edwin A. Abbott
A Very Short Introduction to: The Vikings (Jen's a viking >.> )
Sentynel - Head Ninja, Admin, Keeper of the Ban Afrit, Official Forum Graphics Guy, and forum code debugger.
A still more glorious dawn awaits, not a sunrise, but a galaxy rise, a morning filled with 400 billion suns - the rising of the Milky Way
Reread Golem's eye. Starting PG. Later.

*sigh* I need more books. :hmm: <_<

I thought Seeing Redd was worth it.

Though it wasn't what I expected. And not as good as the first one....but still it's no Eldest.

There's always the library... ;)
school library sucks, and the county library wont let me for a really stupid reason. <_< :nathaniel:
Yes, Nectanebo, that book.

I just finished Brother Odd by Dean Koontz. Some of his metaphors are a bit weird, but he's a great writer.

Currently, Neuromancer - William Gibson

Oh, and on the topic of LotR, yes, the beginning is a tad dull, but it gets better. And I agree with you Senty, I would prefer it switching back and forth. Frodo's journey is not as action-packed as everyone else's.

Nero wrote: Nope, sorry, never heard of Malgudi Days or Swarmi and his friends. They sound weird.
Swami not Swarmi. Written by R.K Narayanan. He's an Indian & the books are real good. Esp. Swami & his friends. The main hero is an idiot, which makes the books even more humourous, than what it actually is.

I've heard of him.

I think I have a copy of one of his mythology books, but I never read them
