Yeah, well, if you didn't, they wouldn't make you read it.

Books they force you to read in the summer are generally annoying, while in the winter they're better.
Look, Queezle.

Reading some stupid book for school and whatnot.
You have school and what not? I don't go back for another three weeks.

Hawksong. Thought it was about shape shifters turned out to be a love story.
There is a sort of busy worm,
That will the fairest book deform,
Their tasteless tooth will tear and taint
The poet, patiot,sage or saint,
Nor sparing wit nor learning.
Now, if you'd know the reason why,
The best of reasons I'll supply;
'Tis bread to this poor vermin.

Well, they can give you books to read when you're not in school. You know, summer reading.
Look, Queezle.

At the moment, Shelf-Monkey, and Purgatorio in La Divine Comedia, I am nearly on Paradiso now.
I say night I'm living in the forest of my dream,
I know the night is not as it would seem,
I must believe in something,
So I'll make myself believe it,
That this night will never go.

Ooh, harsh. I don't get that. They cut us loose in June, let us run free for two months, and then round us up again. So goes the circle of public education.

I've got two and a half left to completely shut down my brain, before starting it up again.

A week from Tues. :( I have to pick up my timetable Thurs. Of course, they screw it up and i have to get a new one on the first day.

And I'm going on a tall ship down the St. Lawrence Labour Day weekend. Fun.

As to the topic, The First Copernican by Dennis Danielson. And Enchantment by Orson Scott Card, and Across the Nightingale Floor, Otori Saga Bk.1.
