I suggest you compete with some good Iron Maiden at similarly loud volume.
Something like the Number of the Beast, for example.
i cant...he likes that stuff...i think. only thing he doesnt like is Rap. and i prefer goth techno to rap...just.

my mum whistling some chinese tune. the speakers on my dads computer have a frayed wire. hehe.
Yes, but you like decent metal (or at least should do), so it'll drown out his music, adnd might even convince him to turn his off and just listen to yours.

Sent, you need more variety in your music.

Considering I've bought everything I listen to myself cos nobody else has anything good, I think I've done quite well so far. Mixture of rock and metal with some other random odds and ends.

Zeppelin are bloody awesome.
Also, I've still got my music on shuffle, and as I said it rather likes Led Zeppelin.

Well, yes. But I find listening to music from the same band/artist over and over straight in a row tiresome...like Carrie Underwood.

Finally! I really like Deep Purple.

Snow Patrols pretty good.
There is a sort of busy worm,
That will the fairest book deform,
Their tasteless tooth will tear and taint

Nor sparing wit nor learning.
Now, if you'd know the reason why,
The best of reasons I'll supply;
'Tis bread to this poor vermin.

Led Zeppelin has so much variety, though. Everything sounds so different.

Deep Purple are pretty good. A little light for my tastes, and a little samey, but with some good songs.

That's true. After all, most things these days, especially pop singers sound a lot alike on every single song.

The Fray - Over my head.

And yes all pop songs sound alike. Ever heard of the band Nickleback? I swear I cannot tell one song from the other. AT ALL.

Nickelback are technically rock, though in my opinion nothing but the old stuff is actually rock.

My MEANING is that all the songs they play sound exactly the same. Seriously. Listen to it - it's basically the same tune, same pitch of voice and same timing.
