There should be a emoticon with a smilie doing the middle finger. :D
You could probably find one if you looked.

Urgh, only did a year of Latin, and that was about 8 years ago.
My Latin year 2 course starts Friday. It's awesome. I got a book called Extreme Latin for Christmas, and it's filled with great dirty words. I told my Latin teacher to "make it [his] policy to go f*** [him]self", and he didn't understand it.

Hmm, can't think why.
For fun, and because I'm a jerk, and he is an ubernice teacher, and I knew he wouldn't understand it.

Aww, tease a mildly annoying teacher. The really nice ones need so much care to make sure they don't have mental breakdowns.
He's nice, but firm too. He plays the bagpipes at Ottawa Sens games. :D

Ah. Good combination. I had a physics teacher once, and he'd start on one topic, and if you pretended not to understand, and ask a question, and then another, and then another, you could lead him completely off-topic, and waste about half an hour of the lesson. It was good fun.
Sens pwn the Leafs any day, GTArontonian.

Ha! Last yr. we had a sub in sience and we were talking about pollution and then we somehow got onto the topic of the decline in bald eagles and some of the guys in my class even starting like fake crying to get the guy to keep talking. An hour later the bell. Hilarious.
My grade 8 teacher in math taught us nothing; although we did have some great discussions on black holes, space-time, and building a house using the Pythagorean Theorem, he was a firm believer in algebra tiles and "graphic representations". We had to draw out multiplication using little squares. Ugh.

Fun. I had the same science teacher two years in a row. she moved grades and guess who got her again? I mean, just when I thought I finally escaped . . .

Fun. Distracting the teacher - I love doing that. Especially when others are bright enough to realise what you're doing and join in, so you bounce off of each other.

If some of my friends heard that they would kick your ass three times over. :( ;)
And several joined a "Sens suck" group.
I go with Canucks any day.
Yep. It's an art.

Exactly. Hey, do you think we could get the activity of annoying everyone, and being the most annoying person in the vicinity classified as an art form?
Yes, then we could sell it to students. They then bring their "art" to class and we annoy the teacher!

Well, it comes down to the imagination, how easily distracted you can get, and a few brilliant techniques. I mean, repetition is the most obvious, but with a few others? You can have people tearing their hair out.

Yes. Sometimes, the clever ones can annoy them too. And the rest of the class of course, because they haven't a clue what you're going on about.
