Halo rules, as does CoD4.
MW2 is going to be epic, and I'm pissed I didn't hear about Reach before now...
I do hope they keep to the book, I loved it.

Halo as a series is not overrated, nor is it underrated. Its rating is just right, like the porridge. Admittedly, Halo 3 was lacking in the campaign aspect, but that's about it. You are entitled to think otherwise, of course.

The Halo series is waved about as some of the best FPS games ever! Complete and utter bollocks. They're mediocre shooters which, while not actively bad, are absolutely nothing special, and absolutely unworthy of the praise and screaming fanboys.

Shut up David, I'm not strictly PS3, I like good games.
The only reason I'd even get a 360 (and will) is for the games.

That's a pretty grand exaggeration. It wasn't that bad; it was just way too short and lacking in boss-fightyness, but they did a pretty good job with wrapping up the story.

And nothing Mel Gibson does should surprise us anymore.

ODST looks good, thought I still think Recon sounds better than ODST (doesn't quite roll of the tongue as well, does it?).
Reach looks epic, and as someone who read the books, I'm seriously anticipating it.
