Wasn't he reprimanded for taking drugs previously too? Or was it drink & drive?

I don't really care all that much for video games, but this is worth buying for the title alone:

He got a DUI, I think. IMO drinking and driving is one of the stupidest, most disgusting things you can do.

I absolutely despise drugs, but for my own reasons.
I still like Phelp, i think he's a great guy, one helluva swimmer, and at least he fessed up and said 'yeah, it was stupid'.

Even I like the guy. He's amazing. And he didn't make any excuses for his behaviour. That's nice.

No, no you can't. You could probably get in trouble if it could be proven your hoax had easily forseeable serious negative consequences, but that's highly unlikely. Legal trouble for it otherwise would be plain stupid.

Qasab, the lone terrorist caught in the Mumbai attacks is charged for entering the CST station (where he killed 56 people) ticketless! Apparently, he didn't buy a platform ticket before entering the station. From being charged to waging a war on the nation, mass murder, under the Arms, Expolsive, Passport, Unlawful Activity Acts etc., you would think the police had enough laws to persecute him under. But no!
