Hello

I am an average fan of the Bart books. I really enjoy the universe and the unique take on magicians and magic. I came here mostly because I have a lot of questions about the universe.

If you could direct me to any good RP's here it would be most appreciated.

and O Rly? There seems to be decent activity in the 'fan section'. I'm surprised there are no RPs. I've barely done any RP, but I like it so far. Do you wanna start an RP in the Bartimaeus universe? I bet some of the active members here might like to join in such a thing. Of course, I'm a newbie to RP, so I'm kinda super clueless on how to make/start an RP...but you seem like you might be pretty knowledgeable of how to start an RP.

Would you mind taking the lead on this, Perenutet? :)

We did try an RP section many years ago, but it never really got off the ground. If you want to have another go, please do!

Oh cool, we have quite a lot of people interested in a RP. So, how exactly does one Start a RP?

I believe we agree on a setting and then all just make characters, right?

And yeah, pretty much- the way I usually do it, I begin by posting a scene after people have chosen their characters.
What would you guys want the setting and time(After Ptolemy's Gate, before Golem's Eye, etc) to be? (I don't want to force you all to RP in a scene that only I choose...:P)
