Yup, never broken a mouse or keyboard. I use a decent quality Saitek Eclipse 2 keyboard and a Logitech mouse now, but none of the crap Dell/other OEM ones I used to use have broken on me either.


I hit the wrong shoulder/trigger button once in a while, but that's probably just the design of my gamepad. Like I said, it's no serious frequency. Once in a few hours of play at most. Same for keyboards.

Were you momentarily confused about which button to press, or did you know which one to press but missed?

Mixture of both probably. Confusion in the heat of battle. The shoulder/trigger buttons are touching on my gamepad, which doesn't help.

Use a proper ps3 or 360 controller. The shoulder buttons don't touch on them

I don't use a gamepad enough and this isn't enough of a problem for it to be worth replacing it.

The red indicator thing sounds a bit rubbish tbh.

You can turn the red indicators off, which I will be doing. I see why they put it there, but.. yeah, makes things too easy. See Portal for example; Portal gave hints about what to do but they were far more subtle.
