I thought it'd be nice to go into the chat room on irc.

If you want I can set one up. Although there's a little problem, the only place where i can set up a room is at www.kingsofchaos.com/chat (i don't like the game of kingsofchaos anymore but the people on chat were nice so i stuck there for a while)
The admins and mods of these forums would get the high 'power' ranks and so one of them has to join the room before everybody else to register it and get the maximum moderating power. etc...
what do you think? :)

I can create IRC channels easily enough, but there's rarely more than a couple of us online at once. Not worthwhile really.

Until we're a massive community, with hundreds of members, and enough people are online at once to make IRC worthwhile, there isn't really much point in a channel.
