Anyway, who watches it? I've started watching it more this series. Latest episode was just plain awesome: they turned a Robin Reliant into a space shuttle. Yes. Really. Eight tonnes of rocket thrust. The largest non-commercial rocket launch ever.
It almost worked, too.

I think it was the best Top Gear they have done, i liked it when Jeremy got the chainsaw out on that motorcycle :P

What and when is it on?

It's a UK show. Not sure if it's on in the US at all.

Technically it's a car show, but it's basically an excuse to do lots of expensive and often explosive stunts vaguely related to cars. They also review a car and interview a celebrity (who then races around their track) each episode.

Micheal Gambon's race around the track was hilarious! they named a corner after him.

Next week they're growing their own biofuel, and then testing it by racing tractors fueled by it, according to the website. Kristen Scott-Thomas is the Star in a Reasonably Priced Car.

You don't have to like cars to like the show. It's bloody funny whether you like them or not.

meh...no idea about the star, but the stig in a tractor is ace. they do very little testing of cars, the one 2 weeks ago had them on a road trip and that was it.

I missed the race across Japan - it was on while I was away. Need to catch up on that. The fox hunt was great though.
