Indirectly, of course. Since it's the military Superpower, Every nation has to consider it heavily in their forieng policy, and\or suck up to them. Taking a hostile stand to the US is impossible.

Well, I think America will be humbled a little in the future. China is growing a middle class and is becoming a stable and powerful country. It's not completley there yet, but it's getting there. Trust me, one day they're going to become the big country. I mean c'mon, there's to many people there for that not to happen.

China is a train wreck waiting to happen, it polluted and wracked by ethincal tensions... maybe it's get it's act together *Shrug* Or maybe the US traade defiect finally brings down the economy.

The real threat is losing in Iraq, losing Iraq will destabalize the Middle East, Oil Prices will shoot up, Iran will dominate, eventually sieging Israel.
And it'll be the final proof the Jehadis need that the US army is not invunerable.
