So since the ravens refused to leave the Tower, that means that the Monarchy wouldn't fall before Faquarl and his machinations because the magicians will prevent them.

COULD THIS BE SYMBOLISM?!!?

That doesn't make true sense...really why would honourable spirits like the apparation of a sad crow? Seriously no spirit with selfregardance would willingly disguise themselves as tiny, black, frail birds. Especially not marids. They don't like the air, right?
RAVENS aren't really frail. They're actually pretty big. And intelligent. And agressive. Need i go on?

Not really. They belong to the smartest group of birds, corvids.

When they say(whoever they are)that if the ravens leave the tower the monarchy will fall I think that they mean if the ravens leave permanently.

Rofl.
Does the whole thing about the Ravens at the Tower trace it's lineage back to Norse myth?

In actuality, the ravens in the Tower have their wings clipped so they can't fly away.

And the proper response would be "Aren't they, though?"
"Give me back my face!" "Look at that sunset. Like blood and melted cheese."
I hate crows. They're so irritating. Did you know they can caw in 3 different tones?
Ravens are blacker and look better.
I guess Bart would go with the raven's guise, rather than the crow's,that is,if he had to choose from the category of birds. Otherwise there are SO many other guises he can pick from.

The term Raven itself just sounds ten times cooler than "crow."

Say it to yourself. Raven.

Then say: Crow.
