Just in case you need to let off steam, post random crap, or play fun games like 'count to a hundred' or 'word association', there's now a spamzone in the Off Topic forum. Posts there do not increase your total post count.

No, off topic is for more serious stuff like discussions and seriously talking to the other members of the board. Posts there count.
Spamzone is for random crap that would get locked otherwise, like the count to 100 thread.
