Assuming the sheer shock doesn't kill him, Pinn might die anyway from Simpkin's being in there.
I think Simpkin would just change to smoke and get out through Pinn's throat.

Throat or mouth? Nostrils maybe?

Mouth looks more convincing.

Next thing you know, Makepeace would come over and ask Pinn (and Simpkin) to join him.

I'd still just go in and kill both of them.

Maybe force Pinn to release the spirits in the manequins before killing him.
Yeah. It is important to kill them before they become a hybrid & Makepeace recruits them.

I'd kill Pinn (as Nouda) by giving him the ultimatum.
He's not exactly as "morally light" as Whitewell, he'd either accept or (if he had his staff, unlikely that) use something to attack.
Doubtful.

Pinn's to large to lift his arm and fire a Spasm.

I'd lock him in a room with the manequins.

Well technically it'd hurt both of them, cos Barty'd have to use a silver knife to actually cut him.
"I don't think I do subtle..."
Not exactly. If the knife has a wooden handle, etc. it wouldn't hurt severely harm Bartimaeus, though it might sting. As for Simpkin, yes, yes it would hurt.

I guess it could also be a spear or a halberd or something too so, yeah.

Doubt it, on both counts.

Read the first pages of PG, he gets stabbed with a (non-silver) knife, and isn't even phased.

Bartimaeus would have most probably ate Simpkin up alive after giving jokes and insults.
I believe Barty says in AoS that eating other spirits "just isn't my style" or something along those lines.
This is Simpkin though, he may have made an exception. :P
