Effort is given when I feel like.
Do you agree with the following:
"You can't teach the willfully ignorant."
I do, but then again, teachers do it a lot...
Nah, I still think I'm right. I think that teachers use the fact that some kids actually wouldn't mind learning, just are lazy.
And there are those who don't want to learn, and are content in their ignorance. They annoy me.

It could be argued that the intelligent person would realize the importance of good grades, and make an effort to combat the laziness and perform better in school.
