This usually comes as a bit of a shock.

I almost never have to study, just because, so when I do, it's rather annoying.
I'm like "damnit, why didn't I remember it the first @!#%ing time?"
Either when I'm studying, or in my head during the test :)

It's not better that way. Last minute cramming actually does more harm than good - you tend to remember whatever you revised at the last minute at the expense of everything else.
