Actually the southern part of the San Andreas Fault hasn't been moving for about 300 years...and it's supposed to do so every 150 years. So experts say there's a 99.7% chance that there will be a huge earthquake in Southern California within the next 30 years or so.

And they're asking everyone else in the entire region to do the drill too.
