Now if you're tardy even a few seconds late, they kick you out of class for a few minutes, and then you come back to class. Later you will get a detention slip for your tardiness.

And that happens in every class in every hour of every day at my school. ><

Last time I got detention was in elementary school. I didn't read enough books, supposedly. ><

Wow, you get detention for being late one time? And I thought my old school was strict where you got detention after five times. (Which sucks cuz it was placed in one of the worst areas of the city for traffic.) I mean, are they encouraging us to skip school instead to avoid it?

I'd say use this one: The 1930s Timeline — from American Studies Programs at The University of Virginia. Sounds official...

If the article doesn't cite many sources, you probably shouldn't be using it as a reference in the first place.

The safest way is probably the library (unfortunately for you , because it's also the slowest... :P )...
