Prague, 1868
At dusk, the British army lit their camp fires one by one, the lights lay before the city of Prague as though an enchanted city had sprung up from the earth. In contrast the city was all blacked out and dead. Dark clouds roamed across the sky, allowing little moonlight to reach the battlefield.
A low rumbling of siege engines could be heard in the distance as the British army began to move from their camps and assemble into ranks and units, but their were hidden behind powerful concealment spells.
The daemons on Pragues walls became nervous with the imminent attack, all checking for weaknesses in the defences or giving pep-talks to lower daemons.
Then lightning came thundering down out of the clouds and went straight for a solitary man standing in front of a large hill. He was Gladstone!
The battle had begun!
