Not saying the way things are going now arnt good. Cause theyre doing great. But if you rated characters (beginer, average, advance for example) Then it would encourage people to actaully put thought into their characters. Instead of just putting...

And maybe to encourage them even more, maybe advanced Role players get more freedom or something. Advanced players can go into any RP, while begginers can only go into a begginers RP.

I was initially planning on having a level-based system where you fought monsters and whatnot and increased in level. I'm thinking we could have two forms of RP: The beginner/intermediate/expert levels, and then the stat-based hack-and-slash fun. Aye? AYE?

ooh, a level gaining RP. how would that work? Another forum im on has this little battle thing like that. But I dont even battle in it. You dont even battle. A referee uses your stats and math to see who would win.

Heh, that's about it, but I'm going to make it an interactive quest and whatnot. I'll work out the basics. I'm thinking that the damage you inflict is porportional to the attack you use, and the level of skill the post dictates. For example:

He kicked the monster.

I'd give that about one damage. But a more complex spell requiring the character using more energy would inflict more damage, with the loss of energy and whatnot. There would be healing centers depending on the path the questing people decide to take.

sounds good to me. Im sure the forumers would love it, but uhh, I dont think it would be as fun being the person who has to read the rps, grade the attack damage, and all that junk.

I'll be a part of it as well, and if there are any volunteers, :krim:. But it wouldn't be too much of a hassle unless we have a massive surge in members.

true, true. And since the trilogy is over, thats not likly to happen. I would be willing to rate the RP characters though. I love reading peoples bio's but I dont really like reading the rp's
