Liked it. But I bit overcrowded.

I agree. You have too many semi-transparent people's heads layered on top of other people's heads, and the result is confusing at best and unsettling at worst. Cut down the number of people to avoid that and it's good.

Your cutting out of certain people could use some improvement (Arwen's hair, Gollum, Saruman to an extent), but that's much better.

Also, the background looks a little discontinuous - you have the White City on the left, and something I can't place on the right. I'm not sure if that actually *is* one picture, but it looks a bit odd - try finding something that covers the whole width better.

Yeah, the background is discontinuous. Otherwise its definitely better.
