General Discussion
Hey does anyone know another name for Bartimaeus? You know like he calls himself "The Glorious Djinni at Prague" or some really exaggerated title like that.

I believe he lists a few of these titles in his first appearance int he amulet of samarkand. Thanks so much I really appreciate this.

Reckhyt. Tis' what Ptolemy called him.

I'm not entirely certain that I've spelled that correctly.

Sahkar Al Jinni. Again, I'm not sure about the spelling.

"I am Bartimaeus! I am Sakhr al-Jinni, N'gorso the Mighty, and the Serpent of Silver Plumes! I have rebuilt the walls of Uruk, Karnak and Prague. I have spoken with Solomon. I have run with the buffalo fathers of the plains. I have watched over Old Zimbabwe till the stones fell and the jackals fed on it's people. I am Bartimaeus!"

Quoted directly from the book, hope it helps.

It's spelled Rekhyt. And it's Sakhr al-Jinni.

Correct.
Head over to the Bartimaeus Names page, I have a list there of all his names.
