The forum icon for all idle forums, ie. forums with no new posts, is the Indian flag. n&b has epicly haxed everything :D

Also sometimes, but not always, the Indian flag in the countdown banner is taken up by a Canadian flag. So we haxed n&b back XP

You've got cache problems. Clear your cache completely (also, run a virus scan, never hurts to be paranoid).

It's certainly nothing on our end.

Yeah, no such thing here too. Though actually, it looks epic =p.
Also the Indian flag has never replaced by the Canadian flag for me.
